Cancellation Timeframe
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of completing your purchase. During this period, orders have usually not yet entered the processing phase, which makes cancellation possible.
Orders Already in Processing
After the 24-hour window, your order may already be:
- Processed
- Packed
- Prepared for shipment
- Shipped or transferred to the courier
Once your order has reached any of these stages, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed. In that case we kindly ask you to wait until your order arrives. You may then start a return request in accordance with our return policy.
