How do I find my correct size?
Every product page has a size guide with measurements for that specific item. Measure a garment you already own and love, compare it to the chart, and order the closest match. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How do your clothes fit?
Fit notes are listed on each product page — whether a piece runs true to size, oversized, or relaxed. When in doubt, the measurements in the size guide are the most reliable answer.
How should I wash my items?
Care instructions are printed on the label of every garment and listed on the product page. As a rule: wash cold, skip the tumble dryer, and reshape while damp. Knitwear is best dried flat.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Email support@dellahayes.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is at your own cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide, with free shipping on every order and no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery takes an average of 8 to 12 business days.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.
Can I combine discounts?
Clearance pricing is applied automatically and stacks with our multi-buy offers: buy 2 and get an extra 10% off, buy 3 and get an extra 20% off, buy 4 or more and get an extra 25% off. The highest multi-buy discount you qualify for is applied automatically at checkout — there is no code to enter.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Every payment runs over an SSL-encrypted connection and is handled by Shopify's certified payment providers. We never see or store your card details.
