Article 3 - Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the business and every distance contract and order between the business and the consumer.
Article 4 - The Offer
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the offered products and/or services. Images represent the products faithfully, although colours may vary between screens. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on the company.
Article 5 - The Contract
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated requirements.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the product. Our own return policy extends this period to 30 days.
Article 7 - Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
Article 8 - Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
Exclusion applies to custom-made items and to hygienic items with broken seals.
Article 9 - Pricing
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Article 10 - Delivery
Orders are delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
